In Stock items ship within 2 to 5 business days except during certain Holidays. Made to Order items ship 10 to 15 business days after order is placed.
Shipping and Handling costs are calculated at checkout. Transit time varies upon the shipping selected by customer.
All shipments are provided with tracking number.
*International orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail does not have tracking for all countries. Transit time varies on the country the item is shipped to. Average delivery time is 1-6 weeks. May take longer occasionally. There maybe duties, import taxes, custom fees or brokerage fees associated with receiving your order. It is the responsibility of the buyer to review your countries laws and policies before purchasing.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAL SERVICE MAIL DELIVERY. Once the item ships, we have no control over when the package will be delivered. Customer can request insurance for their package at an additional cost. Tracking number is provided only for domestic orders. International customers will be provided with a customs declarations number. Please note, once your package leaves the United States, tracking will not be provided to most international countries.
Exchanges / Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, all UNWORN items can be exchanged or refunded* (not including shipping costs).
You will need to contact us first at CustomerService@JewelryStack.com within 5 days after you receive the package for instructions on how and where to return.
We must receive the item/s back to us within 15 business days from the date you received it.
Items must be returned in the same condition as you received it. Please send back the item/s in the same box packaging as you received it, to protect during transit. Please make sure to include your order number. If you send back an item for a refund or exchange and the item/s have been worn, we cannot issue you an refund.
Returning the item with a tracking number is advised.
*We cannot issue a refund or exchange if 1.) the merchandise has been worn or damaged. 2.) the package is lost or sent to the wrong address
+++All sales are FINAL for MADE TO ORDER ITEMS. It is not NOT RETURNABLE with the guarantee that there are no defects.
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us right away, so we can accommodate you. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after it has shipped. If you would like to return your order, please read our return policy above.
